FAQ
Questions before you book
How many porta potties do I need?
A common guide is one unit per 50 guests for an event of four hours, and one unit per 10 workers on a job site with weekly service. Add more when alcohol is served or the event runs long. Call and we will work out the number with you.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you know your dates. Popular weekends fill up first, so book a few weeks out for events on those dates.
Where should the units go?
On flat, firm ground with clear access for a service truck. Keep them away from food areas and give guests a short, well-lit path to reach them.
How often are the units serviced?
Job site rentals are usually serviced once a week. Events longer than a day can be serviced between days. You can ask for extra visits at any time.
Do I need an ADA accessible unit?
Public events and many job sites should have at least one. If you are not sure, ask when you call and we will tell you what fits your site.
Can I rent for a single day?
Yes. Units can be rented for a one-day event, a weekend, or month to month for construction and long projects.
